Level of knowledge of anatomy and human physiology in the degree in physical education in the Dominican Republic

Abstract
General Objectives: To determine the level of knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology Students possessing a degree in Physical Education Teaching Superior Salome Ureña Complex Urania Montas, San Juan Province Training Institute. RD. 2014 Development of a proposal of didactic guide for the subject of human anatomy and physiology, to improve the level of knowledge among students in the Bachelor of Physical Education Teacher Training Institute Salome Ureña, Complex Urania Montas, San Juan Province . RD. 2014. Key Findings: Most students can distinguish the bones in a drawing, but not dominate the conceptualizations of them. Less than 50% of students fail to locate the muscles. Within muscles that are mostly known: the breastplate, the intercostal, diaphragm and Trapeze. However domain was just the muscles of the upper, lower limbs and forming the head and neck. They have handled under study anatomy and physiology of the heart: right, left ventricle; right and left atrium; aorta artery, inferior vena cava, etc. Higher handling bodies were: lungs, stomach, trachea, pharynx, liver, pancreas, small intestine, colon and esophageal. With an average domain: the parotid glands, sub maxillary glands, glands sub lingual and very low domain: the urethra, the tube, and the prostate gland. Teachers do not have full knowledge about the different body systems involved in the musculoskeletal system and the treatment they should receive, yet are giving classes threatening to children in terms of the aforementioned paragraphs. They have also not received any training
