Methodology for the Tutor’s Fulfillment in the Investigative Formation of the Physical Culture and Sport Professional

Abstract
Due to insufficiencies detected in the tutors, in direction of the investigative component of the physical education professionals, in Sierra de Cubitas municipality of Camaguey, Cuba, was elaborated a methodology according with the exigencies of the universalization model of the high teaching. This model has phases that facilitate the characterization and diagnostic of the weakness and strength of professionals in formation; besides, help planning, organization and orientation of the scientific activity, and its control and evaluation. This proposal constitutes a feasible option for the improvement of the scientific formation.
