Psychomotor games system for visual weak schools

Abstract
The objective of this article is to measure the lifestyle in adult students of a public school institution in Bogotá Colombia. The methodology is quantitative in nature and descriptive in scope. The results obtained were acceptable
according to the arithmetic mean in most of the items; however, in the variables such as health responsibility, stress management, material help and affective support, they showed low results. It is concluded that the
physical education class is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle since it generates th The objective of the research is the development of a game system for the development of the psychomotor skills of visually impaired
children that reveals the essential particularities of the process. Among the fundamental antecedents of the subject are Gladis Bécquer (2002); López, R. (2012); Hernández, R. (2015); who have offered epistemological
foundations in the motor, cognitive and affective dimensions of schoolchildren; however, their contributions are not directed at children with low vision. For the investigation, methods such as: synthesis analysis,
functional structural systemic analysis and mathematical statistical techniques were used. The proposal contributes from the base of the tastes and preferences of the children and the structuring of stages, orienting and
developing psychomotor actions to favor their quality of life and social insertion.
