Main factors and methods that condition the development of force. An approximation to his study
Main Article Content
Abstract
The present work has its base in the importance of the blows in the boxing, because they are determinants in the level of mastery that reaches the boxer, for which it needs the manifestation of the force, like relevant physical capacity. In this sense, the main biological, psychological and external factors that condition the development of force are analyzed, as well as the didactic-pedagogical methods used for this purpose. In the present study, these aspects are deepened, due to their importance in the demanding preparation of the boxer. A classification of methods for the development of force is provided, raised in the review of works on the subject.
