Methodology for establishment regulations for entry into light sailing at the base

Abstract
Introduction: This work addresses a priority within the Cuban sports system, specifically, to explore contributions related to water sports at the grassroots level, in addition to constituting a task of the project: Training capacities in strategic sectors for the local development of the Caimanera municipality. It is based on a diagnosis, which confirmed that there are persistent deficiencies, including theoretical, methodological, and practical limitations, as well as a lack of pathways and procedures for establishing technical regulations for entry into Light Sailing with an integrative approach, which affects the nascent entry of beginners into the sport of Light Sailing in the Sports Combinations. Based on these results, the scientific problem is proposed: How to contribute to the establishment of technical regulations for entry into Light Sailing at the grassroots level?
Objective: To develop a methodology with an integrative approach. for the establishment of technical regulations for entry into Light Sailing at the grassroots level.
Materials and methods: The analytical-synthetic and systemic structural functional theoretical methods were used in scientific research. Among the empirical methods were document analysis and expert criteria. As mathematical-statistical methods, descriptive and inferential statistics were employed.
Results: A new perspective on the entry process into grassroots water sports is presented, based on a methodology that, in its structure, demonstrates the systemic interrelationship between the conceptual and instrumental apparatus, its components and categories, all supported by the corrective normative method for entry into Light Sailing, its actions, procedures, recommendations, dimensions, indicators with their respective evaluation scales, which, in their functional synergy, contribute to the establishment of technical regulations for entry into Light Sailing at the grassroots level with an integrative approach, confirming its. feasibility based on the evaluative results issued by the selected experts.
Conclusions: several categories and definitions are incorporated into the study of the contextualized perspective of the entry process into Light Sailing, with an emphasis on the implementation stage of the technical normative conglomerate, aiming to reveal the essence of the normative corrective method of entry, its reasoning, supported by didactic procedures, to contribute to its functionality an integrative approach, adapted to the current demands of this sport, susceptible to be used in other stages and ages of grassroots sports. The methodology is feasible for its implementation in sports practice based on the evaluative results issued by the selected experts.
