Knowledge management of Regional History: experiences in the Sports History Room Nuevitas

Abstract
Inadequacies in the administration process of historical sport knowledge were detected in Nuevitas municipality manifested in deterioration of elements which belongs to regional sport memory. That situation is essential not only for the preservation of historical memory, also impacts in the main processes of the Municipal University Center related with the continuous formation of Physical Culture professionals to territorial level. The applied diagnosis allowed identifying the main strengths and weaknesses that shows the administration process in the Sport History ́s Room resided inside the Sport Coliseum. Theoretical and empiric investigation methods were used to approach the problem, to determine its main causes and development, and to elaborate an actions plan for solution of difficulties. An experience of joint work of knowledge administration is shown for the space transformation in material, spiritual and environment appreciation order, in its appropriate use and exploitation for everybody well-being, mainly, for Municipality Sports Direction of Nuevitas staff, for professors and students of Physical Culture
career and for municipality population.
