Training impact and management of attention to postgraduates of the Physical Culture career in Nuevitas
Main Article Content
Abstract
Deficiencies in the attention and monitoring of graduates were detected in the Physical Culture career in Nuevitas given the lack of formal mechanisms to develop this process and the non-existence of methods for its evaluation. These are essential elements to direct the training work of graduates due to the need for action by means of fundamental university processes for continuous and permanent formation of these professionals. The diagnostic allowed the authors to identify strengths and weaknesses in the evaluation of the training impact particularly as to social insertion and development, professional performance and personal growth of the researched subjects. Theoretical and empirical methods were used to evaluate the problem, determine its causes and development tendencies and elaborate a strategy headed to the perfectioning of postgraduate attention management. The Municipal University Center (CUM, Spanish acronym) in Nuevitas municipality was given a useful work instrument for its pedagogical practice.
