Lifestyle in the Colombian school population
Main Article Content
Abstract
The objective of this article is to measure the lifestyle in adult students of a public school institution in Bogotá Colombia. The methodology is quantitative in nature and descriptive in scope. The results obtained were acceptable according to the arithmetic mean in most of the items; however, in the variables such as health responsibility, stress management, material help and affective support, they showed low results. It is concluded that the physical education class is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle since it generates the habit of performing physical activity.
