Proposal of exercises to enhance explosive strength in first-rate Taekwondocas

Abstract
Explosive force is a subtype or variant of force physical capacity, which is frequently used in the training of numerous collective and individual sports, its objective is to generate the greatest amount of force in a shorter time, without losing the effectiveness of motor movement. The objective of this research is to improve explosive strength in lower and upper limbs in initiation taekwondocas. The investigation is of a mixed type, including exploratory, descriptive and correctional aspects. 10 taekwondo athletes between 19-21 years of age, from the municipality of slopes, Camagüey province, are studied.
