The overcoming postgraduate in Physical Education professionals from Fidel Castro ́s thought

Abstract
Context: The accelerated development of science and technology and its decisive and direct impact on man require highly trained professionals, the demands of development make it necessary for each day to seek and experiment with new ways of preparing professionals to act in correspondence with the formation of the integral man that society needs.
Objective: In our country, postgraduate improvement aims to contribute to permanent education and the systematic updating of university graduates, the improvement of the performance of their professional and academic activities, as well as the enrichment of their cultural heritage, which is why A course methodology was developed to promote postgraduate improvement through the thought of Fidel Castro in Physical Education professionals.
Method: Using the writings of Fidel Castro as a means, a novel conception is offered, which, taking into account its cultural richness and axiological potential, aims to influence the comprehensive training of professionals. Theoretical, empirical methods and the statistical method were used, through which significant results were obtained in that the courses derived from the research make their reproduction easy, as well as allowing the creation of others according to their own needs and despite having been this topic widely investigated limitations still persist.
