Abstract
The article shows synthetically the essential and most important elements of research on the professional performance of teachers of physical culture who work in bio healthy gyms. From a diagnostic study shortcomings were identified in the specific skills of these teachers, which led to approach the following objective: to develop a program for the professional development of teachers Community Physical Culture working in bio healthy gyms in township Holguin, Cuba, for which it made a deep consultation specialist with marked criticality literature, methodological indications of INDER and the seminar documents start of the school year 2014-2015 were also analyzed. theoretical methods as the analytic-synthetic and inductive-deductive, as well as other methods and tools for collecting, processing and interpretation of information were used. An analysis program was conducted by 30 experts of Physical Culture and Sport, which by consensus view that it is relevant and useful for the professional development of teachers of Physical Culture who work in these gyms.
